These terms and conditions apply to the 99r bajee platform and all its services. They form a legally binding agreement between 99r bajee and each registered user. Using the site means you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account and use any betting or casino service on 99r bajee, a user must be at least 21 years old. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. 99r bajee may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account where underage use is suspected.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Payment Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 99r bajee may request relevant documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This process is followed to maintain platform security and prevent financial fraud.

3.4 Account Name Matching Requirement

The mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits must match the name registered on the 99r bajee account at the time of withdrawal. 99r bajee does not approve transfers to accounts held under a different name.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement on that bonus is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus balance may only be used for betting or gaming on the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly. Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Promotional Conditions

Each promotion may have its own conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. 99r bajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If a user is suspected of abusing the bonus system, 99r bajee reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and suspend the account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

VIP Programme and Cashback Policy

5.1 VIP Tiers

The 99r bajee VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

How cashback is calculated: net loss is total losses for the week minus total winnings, and cashback is paid on that net loss at the rate for your tier. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

5.3 VIP Benefit Conditions

Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday. Certain conditions may need to be met before received cashback can be withdrawn directly. 99r bajee reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

Section 06

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement Conditions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the bet was incorrectly recorded due to a technical error on the platform. 99r bajee's decision is final in determining the outcome of any event.

6.2 Cancelled Matches and Events

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the rules set by 99r bajee for the relevant bet will apply. In most such cases the bet amount is refunded.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet process is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or any other technical problem, the last state recorded on the 99r bajee server will be treated as valid.

6.4 Misconduct and Fraud

If any user manipulates the betting system, exploits game errors, uses software to gain an unfair advantage, or breaches the platform's terms in any other way, 99r bajee reserves the right to close that account immediately and forfeit the balance.

Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Purpose of Data Collection
